Conference Services
- Schedules meeting facilities and function space on campus
- Serves as liaison between service providers and meeting planners prior to and during conferences
- Venues are available year-round -- many with multi-media presentation technology available
- Arranges food and beverage service and coordinates lodging for summer groups
- Provides a fully staffed and stocked AV department for technical assistance
- Assists with parking and transportation arrangements
