Non-University (Public) Clients Non-University (Public) clients cannot schedule events via the Web process. Please contact Conference Services to speak with a Coordinator to check facility availability and pricing, or submit a Public Reservation Request. Departments & Student Organizations NMSU Students, Faculty and Staff can now reserve event space at the Corbett Center Student Union through our Virtual Web Request process. Web reservation requests can only be scheduled 72 hours or more in advance. For shorter notice, you will need to contact Conference Services for assistance. ( Student activities should be submitted a minimum of 10 days prior to event for approval ).
