Conference Registration includes: Wednesday evening welcome reception (guests invited), morning and afternoon breaks, and all scientific sessions. Awards barbeque and dance are not included. Tickets are required for each attendee/guest six years or older.

Graduate students, please note: Registration fees include WSASAS sponsored Graduate Students Luncheon (Thurs. 6/23); one (1) year ASAS membership. An application for ASAS membership must be submitted at the 2005 WSASAS conference to receive the complimentary one (1) year ASAS membership.

 
Method of Payment

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Notification of cancellations in writing, received by June 2, 2005 will be refunded, less a $40 administrative fee. Substitutions are welcome and no-shows will be billed. No refunds will be made after June 2, 2005.
